Digital Garden


A green bean and bacon cream soup from Luxembourg.

  • 3 Potatoes, cubed
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 3 Slices of bacon, diced
  • 4 inches German-style sausage, diced
  • 1 can Green Beans
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 cups Broth
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

In a dutch oven brown bacon, then add onions and kielbasa and saute. Deglaze with broth. Add potatoes, cream, salt and pepper. Simmer covered for 20 minutes. Add beans and bring up to temp.
