Łazanki
Polish kraut and noodles recipe
- 2 cups sauerkraut
- 150g bacon, diced
- 120g of kielbasa, diced (optional)
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups pasta (flat square pasta shapes if possible)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare pasta as per directions.
Fry bacon with onion in a cast iron skillet. Add sauerkraut and saute until the liquid evaporates. Toss with pasta and season with salt and pepper.
