Polish kraut and noodles recipe


  • 2 cups sauerkraut
  • 150g bacon, diced
  • 120g of kielbasa, diced (optional)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cups pasta (flat square pasta shapes if possible)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare pasta as per directions.

Fry bacon with onion in a cast iron skillet. Add sauerkraut and saute until the liquid evaporates. Toss with pasta and season with salt and pepper.
