Recipe: Creamy Chicken and Rice

  • 1/2 cup Basmati Rice
  • 2 tbspn Powdered Goat Milk
  • 1 Diced Celery Stalk
  • 1/2 cup Water or Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbspn Olive Oil
  • 1 tspn Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tspn Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tspn Paprika
  • 1 12oz Can of Chicken Breast
  • 1/4 cup Peas, 1 cup Arugula, or 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/4 cup Diced Squash
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Add Rice, Goat Milk, Celery, Water, Olive Oil, Garlic, Cayenne Pepper, Paprika and juice from Can of Chicken to a pot and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce to simmer for 20 minute. Saute Diced Squash in Olive oil and add to mixture. Once rice has softened and absorbed the juices add Chicken Breast, Peas, Salt and pepper, fold into mixture, cover and warm.
