Breaded porch chops


  • Pork loin chops
  • Egg(s)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Flour
  • Bread crumbs
  • Cooking oil

  1. Place eggs, flour, and crumbs into three plates; scramble eggs
  2. Season loins with salt and pepper and beat with a meat pulverizer; pat dry
  3. Powder both sides of loin with flour
  4. Dredge through eggs
  5. Coat both sides of loin with bread crumbs
  6. Important Let sit for 10 minutes
  7. Heat about 1/2" of oil in a skillet and add loins once hot. Cook six to eight minutes, two minutes to a side.

Serve with a side of sauerkraut and a potato dish of your choice.
