Proziaki
Quick rye soda bread.
- 1 cup white flour
- 1 cup rye flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup kefir
- _1 tspn baking soda
- 1/2 tspn_ salt
- 2 tbspn butter, melted
Combine ingredients in bowl and need for five minutes. Divide into four or five portions. Roll into balls and then flatten to roughly 1/2 inch thick. Lay out on a greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
