Reverse Seer Steak
Best way to cook a steak without a grill.

- Salt
- Oil
Salt both sides of the steak; set out for one hour or until it reaches room temperature.
Set oven to 275 degrees. Place steak on an oiled broiler plate. Cook until thermometer reads 105 degrees (roughly 20 minutes).
Oil cast iron skillet and get to a hot temp. Brown steak on each side, roughly 1 minute each side. Final temperature should be 120 degrees.
