Recipe: Rustic Water Crackers
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tspn salt
- 1 tbspn vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- Additional Salt/Basil/Thyme/Oregeno/Pepper (optional)
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix ingredients, knead lightly. Run through pasta press on the widest setting until even. Press a grid into the dough to crack evenly into squares. Sprinkle spices on top, press in with rolling pin. Bake 10-15 minutes.
