Recipe: Sausage Roll
- 2 lbs. Hot Sausage
- 1 lb. Grated Swiss Cheese
- 2 pack Pillsbury Crescent Dough
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tin Green Chilis
- Basil
- Parsley
- Garlic Powder
Brown sausage and drain. Roll out crescent dough in a rectangle. Spread sausage, cheese, and spices. Roll into a jelly roll. Brush with egg yolk. Bake 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
