Recipe: Stir Fry Marinade
Quick marinade for meats going into a stir fry or American-Chinese style dishes.
- 1 lb meat (salmon, chicken, pork, beef) cut into bit sized pieces
- 1/4 tspn baking Soda
- 1 1/2 tspn corn or potato starch
- 3 Tbspn sake
- 1 tspn vegetable oil
- 1 tspn soy sauce
- 1 tspn Worcestershire or fish sauce
Combine ingredients in a bowl. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes to overnight to marinate.
