Recipe: Teriyaki
Sweet soy sauce and ginger marinade for stir fry.
- 1 lb meat (salmon, chicken, pork, beef) cut into bit sized pieces
- 4 Tbspn soy sauce
- 2 Tbspn warm water
- 2 Tbspn sake
- 1 Tbspn brown sugar
- 1 Tbspn Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbspn white vinegar or rice vinegar
- 2 tspn sesame seed oil
- 1 tspn ground ginger
- 1 tspn garlic powder
- 1 tspn onion powder
- 1 tspn red pepper flakes
- 1 tspn corn starch
Combine ingredients in a bowl, whisk until sugar disolves. Pour over meat and refrigerate for two hours to overnight.
